Dear Sir or Mrs.,

My name is Leland Cobain & I live at

I would like to request the coroner's report - autopsy & toxicology for my grandson Kurt Donald Cobain who was found deceased in April 8, 1994.

It has taken me 18 yrs to make up my mind on what happened to him & I would like to read the report for myself. I am 88 yrs old & I'd like to know the results before I die.
