End of comment.
Side note from Inbloomer: The 'Christie' mentioned in the last tip is Caitlin Moore.
Dylan Carlson was also a drug dealer who lived at 300 Queen Anne Ave North in the mid 1990's, remember, this tip was given in 1997.

Here is a source given from a reddit user, I believe I know who it is and he is extremely credible.

Caitlin Moore (aka Christie aka Kaitlin) functions as the primary heroin dealer in the peak years of the Seattle 1990's grunge scene. Her apartment at 1107 E Denny Way (also an alternate address, as the apartment was on the corner - the true address was 1832 11th Ave Unit D1 Seattle, WA 98122) was a heroin salon and a social intersection. Kurt Cobain, Layne Staley, and Mark Lanegan are all verified to have been there and bought drugs, as well as Kristen Pfaff (Hole bassist), siblings Patty Schemel (Hole drummer) and Larry Schemel and Dylan Carlson, Jen Adamson, Bonnie Dillard, Joe Burns, and many others, who visit this hub to obtain heroin in the months that led up to Cobain's death.

The Moore Nexus was not just a point of sale, her apartment at the Lorington Co-Operative apartment building was a central hub in Seattle's Capitol Hill grunge hotspot neighborhood.

Courtney Love's private investigator Tom Grant, by his own admission, brought Dylan Carlson and Mark Lanegan here to buy heroin, the same heroin said to have led to Cobain's final overdose. Grant also produced audio recordings, in a three-way conversation, of Love allegedly urging Larry Schemel, younger brother of Patty, to join these escapades and plant a bug in the apartment or phone of Moore. Love is on file to have put down Moore's name (as "Kaitland") with address and phone number in the false missing person's report for Cobain, filed falsely as Wendy O'Connor, mother of Kurt).

In the SPD missing person's report, Love's contact Detective Antonio Terry is cited as a source for further information. "Grant the Plant" affirmed that Love spoke on her cellphone to Terry while he drove her and Kat Bjelland to Carnation after the death of Cobain). The (310) number was registered to "C Loews" in Beverley Hills, CA (listed false as Wendy O'Connor's work number). Moore's number is listed as (206) 329-2482 (minus the 206 which wasn't needed in 1994).

Moore continued to deal through 1999. What's most interesting is that, in the crackdowns that followed between 1995 and 1996 in Seattle, Caitlin's runner Chris Michaelson, big dealer Tom Hansen, Dylan Carlson, and Joe Burns were all arrested and charged for heroin possession, and/or intention to distribute, with several doing time in prison. Caitlin Moore, however, walked free, allegedly because she is said to have rolled on many of those same people in exchange for immunity. Another theory holds that Caitlin Moore today operates under a false name of Kirsten or Kristen, last name omitted.
